Pedro Paz is a dance artist and facilitator whose work explores the body as a site of perception, relation and interruption. With over three decades of practice, his approach moves beyond form and technique, engaging movement as a process of listening and reorientation. Rooted in somatic practices, Contact Improvisation and energetic work, he creates situations where habitual patterns can be suspended, allowing new modes of sensing, relating and acting to emerge. He is the founder of Arrábida Dance Labs, an international platform for embodied research and collective practice, and the creator of Move In Touch, an ongoing space for relational movement. His work operates between the artistic and the experiential, inviting participants into processes of attention, unlearning and presence - where the body becomes both question and ground.
